Originally built as a coaching inn in 1748, The Red Lion has seen many changes over the years, yet still retains the charm and character of a country pub.  Since taking over as managers in 2004, together with our staff, we have created a unique ambience with a smart, contemporary feel.

The newly refurbished interior retains an old world charm with log fires, stone walls and oak beams.

The Red Lion at Long Compton are celebrating their inclusion in the 2008 edition of Michelin 'Eating out in pubs guide 2008'.
